Frenzino Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Frenzino. These terms and conditions govern your use of our casino, sportsbook and related services. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by this agreement in full. Frenzino Casino is operated under licence, and we ask that you read these terms carefully before you deposit, play or request a withdrawal. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use our services.

About Our Operation

At Frenzino, we are operated by 3-102-941348 SRL, registered in Costa Rica. Payment processing is handled by Fodenmacko Trading Co Limited, registered in Nicosia, Cyprus, while Famagousta B.V., registered in Willemstad, Curacao, is the entity ultimately managing and controlling the group. Our affiliate programme operates under the name Infinity Stars Partners. We hold a licence from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, licence No. 01035, issued 10 December 2025. Our registry previously recorded Kahnawake licence No. 00939 and a Curacao Gaming Authority licence as a sub-licensee under the Antillephone master licence. We launched our platform and have continued to expand our offering since.

Eligibility and Restricted Territories

We do not permit registration from players located in the USA, Curacao, Malta, United Kingdom, Spain or Australia. Account Registration

We at Frenzino require you to register using your full name, date of birth, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We do not operate a no-account casino model, and we grant bonuses only to fully verified players. You must keep your account details accurate and up to date, and you may not hold more than one account. We reserve the right to apply a 20% penalty on total deposits where multi-account holders are identified. Currencies and Payment Methods

Our storefront runs in AUD while our cashier operates in GBP, and we also support EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NOK, GBP, RUB, NZD, JPY and BRL. We accept cryptocurrency deposits including Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT on ERC20 and TRON, and USDC on ERC20 and Solana. Our minimum deposit is 20 GBP across every method, and our minimum withdrawal is 100 GBP across every method. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard range from 20 to 500 GBP, while crypto deposits range from 20 to 100,000 GBP. In the cashier, Frenzino withdrawal methods are limited to crypto only, each ranging from 100 to 500 GBP, and payouts are always returned to the method used for depositing, in the account holder's own name.

Frenzino Withdrawal Time and Limits

We process payments within 72 hours from the moment your request is approved by our payments department. Our cashier allows between 100 and 500 GBP per transaction, with a maximum of 1,000 EUR per 24 hours and 7,000 EUR per month. We cap net winnings at 5,000 EUR per 24 hours and 50,000 EUR per account. Winnings above 30,000 EUR are paid in monthly instalments, while progressive jackpot wins are always paid in full. If you have made only one deposit, your maximum cash-out is capped at 15 times that deposit. For Frenzino payout times and verification, we require extra checks on payouts above 2,300 EUR, and verification becomes mandatory once your cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach 2,000 EUR. Please note that requesting documents will cancel any pending withdrawal, and you must complete verification within 30 days or your account will be frozen.

Wagering Requirements

We require all deposits to be wagered three times before a withdrawal can be requested. Your first payout requires 100% of the deposit to be wagered at odds of at least 1.50. Jackpot games and video poker are excluded from bonus wagering, and live casino games cannot be wagered using bonus funds at all, with the exception of live blackjack, which contributes 10%, and live roulette, which contributes 20%. For general bonus contributions, slots count 100%, virtual games and lucky games count 50%, and table games count 20%.

Welcome Bonus and Promotions

Our Welcome Casino Package offers 350% up to 2,000 AUD plus 1,000 free spins, subject to x45 wagering of the deposit plus bonus amount. The maximum bet permitted while a casino bonus is active is 10 AUD per spin under bonus terms, or 5 EUR or 15% of the bonus amount under account terms, whichever applies first; bets outside this range will not count and any related winnings will be forfeited. Our Welcome Sports Bonus provides 100% up to 100 AUD with x10 wagering, plus a Welcome Sports Freebet of 25 AUD. Maximum winnings from any bonus of 200% or more are capped at three times the deposit. We also run weekly promotions including a Monday Reload, Tuesday free spins, Wednesday live casino bonus, Thursday cashback, Friday and Sunday free spins, and weekend sports reloads. A single bonus code may not be redeemed more than six times per calendar month.
